Hours, and the last count of the day.

The door is open on the hours below. If you arrive in the last minutes, we will sell a pencil or a single sheet. We will not start a ream.

Closed all day on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If Christmas falls on Sunday, the shop is already shut, and we do not add a second day unless a sign goes on the glass. Any other closing is a paper sign on the door that morning. This page is corrected when the desk is staffed, not before.

On a University of Iowa home football Saturday the sidewalk is crowded and the meters fill early. We stay on the Saturday hours unless that paper sign says otherwise. We do not open early for a game, and we do not stay past 17:00 to catch the crowd walking back.

Call (319) 555-0194 during open hours. If nobody answers, we are in the middle of a count. Leave a message or write. Email desk@papermoth.shop is read in the first hour the door is open. It is not read on Sunday, and it is not read after the lock goes on.
